The Biblical Picture

Rooted in Promise

The Gospel does not begin in a vacuum. It emerges from the soil of God's covenantal relationships with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Throughout Israel's Scriptures, the prophets foretold a Messiah who would not only redeem His people but would also stand as a banner for the nations. To disconnect the fruit from the root is to miss the fullness of the story God is writing.

Our Vision

The Future We Long to See

The vision of The Olive Tree Project is to see the Body of Messiah restored to the beautiful biblical picture of the olive tree in Romans 11: rooted in God's covenants with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; bearing the natural branches of Israel; and welcoming the nations who, through faith in Messiah Yeshua, have been grafted in and now share in the nourishing richness of that same root.

We long to see Jewish people encounter Yeshua within the pages of their own Scriptures, and Christians become wise, humble, and prayerful partners in that calling. The vision is not to invent a new gospel, but to recover the Jewish soil of the Good News: the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob fulfilling His promises in Messiah Yeshua.

Why This Project

A Shared Calling Taking Root

The Olive Tree Project emerged through prayer, friendship, and a shared conviction that Jewish people should encounter Yeshua within a genuinely Jewish and scriptural context — and that Christians should understand the Jewish foundations of their faith.

Over years of careful conversation, study of Israel's prophets, and shared fellowship around the table, the outlines of this work began to emerge. We have chosen to take our time, ensuring that every foundation laid is secure and theologically sound.
